OUTOTIVE GEOPHYSICS specializes in leak detection systems under various types of environments, both waterproofed and without waterproofing, in different types of terrain, through systems or equipment operated by people and autonomous geophysical inspection systems.
Our purpose is to avoid the loss of valuable solutions for the client and at the same time avoid the contamination of the environment.
We have the ability to work in various field conditions, ensuring that the information delivered to the client is encrypted, maintaining absolute control of it, guaranteeing the client that the information will not be manipulated or altered.
As there is no human intervention in the inspected area, we are able to transmit greater security to the client that no damage will be generated by the inspection in the area.
We are currently the only leak detection professionals on the market who can issue inspection certificates whose authenticity can be verified using the Ethereum Blockchain.

Services
Leak inspection with geomembranes
Leak inspection on exposed membrane

State of the art ARC TEST (electric arc) equipment for monitoring exposed geomembranes, suitable for use in leach pads, heaps, empty tailings ponds, flat roofs, landfills, tunnels and more.
It can be used on any non-conductive geomembrane material such as PVC, HDPE, LLDPE, bituminous liner and other insulating materials, it electronically verifies the integrity of the entire geomembrane surface, including welds.
It has an application that allows GPS tracking with photographic records. Automatically generates an easy-to-understand report, complies with ASTM-D6747-20.

Leak inspection with drones on surfaces with a solid cover

Inspection under the DEF (Electronic Leak Detection) method, which consists of injecting electric fields to the surface to be verified, both inside and outside, and then, with DEF equipment mounted on state-of-the-art drones, making measurements that allow us to know where the electric fields come together and thus identify leaks in the geomembrane covered by solid materials up to 1m deep.
- Solar evaporation pools
- Mineral leach pads
- Non-metallic compacted materials

Leak inspection with drones on surfaces with liquid (solution)

This inspection is carried out under the DEF (Electronic Leak Detection) method, which consists of injecting electric fields into the liquid surface both inside and outside it, and then, with DEF equipment mounted on Hydrodones of latest generation detecting the points where the electric fields meet regardless of the depth of the area to be inspected.

Real-time monitoring of work areas

Technology that is installed at the time of installing the hermetic containment systems (geomembranes) that allows us to monitor in real time the state of the geomembranes during their operation, during their construction, after their construction and throughout their useful life.

Leak inspection without geomembranes
GEM – TDEM

Particularly useful in the detection of base metal deposits, due to the high conductivity contrast between the ore body and the host rock.
Other subsurface features, such as saline and contaminated groundwater sources, paleochannels, and shear zones, exhibit conductivity contrasts that can be detected by GEM-TDEM studies.
DRONES

One of the special geophysical studies such as Electrical Resistivity is intended to detect and monitor the evolution of the installed works with respect to environmental care.
In other words, it allows timely detection of leaks into the underground strata due to losses or leaks from pipes or reservoirs that contain solution.
